Questions?

We do our best to keep your cleaning team consistent. In circumstances where one of your regular cleaners is unavailable, we’ll send an excellent replacement that meets our standards of excellence and exceeds your expectations.

This is up to you and should be established in our initial cleaning meeting.  You can leave us a key or be present to let us in, whichever you prefer.

Maintaining long-term, trusted relationships is our priority. Accidents happen, and if we accidentally damage something, we’ll inform you immediately. We are fully bonded and will be responsible for any damage we cause.

Please let us know of anything that is broken, shouldn’t be cleaned or is new to your home so that we can treat it accordingly.

You certainly don’t have to “clean for the cleaners.” However, if items such as clothes and toys are already put away, it often saves us time and reduces cost. Although we’re happy to take care of these things for you!
